When local mission meets professional imagery, beautiful things happen. As a Naperville-based photographer, I recently had the privilege of welcoming the Kids Matter team to our downtown Naperville studio for updated headshots. This dedicated group of individuals works tirelessly to support and empower Naperville youth, and it was an honor to help refresh their professional images.

A Naperville Success Story Our relationship with Kids Matter, a cornerstone Naperville non-profit, goes beyond this session. For the last two summers, we provided headshots for hundreds of Naperville teens in their programming. These professional portraits serve as powerful tools for local young people as they begin their professional journeys. It felt particularly meaningful to now photograph the amazing staff who make these youth programs possible.

Deep Naperville Roots Founded by Edward Hospital in 2001, Kids Matter (formerly the Naperville Youth Development Coalition) emerged as an innovative community-wide strategy to address teenage challenges in Naperville. Rather than focusing solely on problems, Kids Matter takes a holistic approach to youth development, serving young people from all backgrounds throughout the Naperville community.

Creating a Welcoming Naperville Studio Experience In our downtown Naperville photography studio, we focused on capturing not just professional headshots, but the warmth and dedication that each team member brings to their role. These images will serve as a face to the important work they do, helping to further connect with the Naperville community they serve.
